Customer Service Representative

Description

The Node is looking for an energetic self-starter to work part-time, 2 nights a week. Duties include customer service, store cleanliness, and cash handling abilities. Candidates with their own transportation are preferred.

Responsibilities

  1. Customer Service / Facilities
    • Greet and assist customers
    • Troubleshoot minor PC issues
    • Assist with maintaining the Windows image on the gaming machines
    • Maintain store cleanliness to company standard

  2. Cash Handling
    • Standard till operations
    • Nightly cashout duties

  3. Other Duties as may be required

Qualifications

  1. Skills
    • Ability to work alone or with minimal supervision
    • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
    • Some retail experience
    • High school diploma
    • Computer skills: Word processing, spreadsheets, proficiency with Windows
    • Basic understanding of computer networks
    • Enthusiasm for gaming and technology a plus
    • Certifications such as A+, Net+, etc definitely considered an asset

Compensation
