Store Manager


We are currently looking for a full-time Store Manager. The holder of this role is responsible for keeping the store running smoothly so that our gamers have an enjoyable experience when visiting The Node. This entails managing all areas related to the customer experience including staffing, inventory, supplies, and daily store upkeep. In addition, you will be the primary lead on PC troubleshooting, maintenance, and the operating system imaging. Must have own transportation.   • Customer Service / Facilities
    • Greet and assist customers
    • Troubleshoot, analyze, and fix PC issues
    • PC Maintenance
    • Create and maintain the Windows image on the gaming machines
    • Maintain store cleanliness to company standard

  • Employee Management
    • Hire, schedule, and train staff as needed
    • Coach employees on company standards as required
    • Create and maintain documentation for employee use

  • Inventory / Asset control
    • Order commissary / adjust inventory
    • Inform / requisition store supplies in a timely fashion
    • Stock commissary / store items as delivered (lifting is involved)
    • Rotate stock according to FIFO principles

  • Cash Duties
    • Standard till operations
    • Update daily sales cashout and breakdown report
    • Reconcile nightly deposits to sales reports
    • Prepare deposits for bank deposition

  • Other Duties as may be required

    • Basic understanding of computer networks
    • Certifications such as A+, Net+, etc definitely considered an asset
    • Enthusiasm for gaming and technology a plus
